- Plan, design, and furnish interiors of an office building
- Prepare drawings, samples and decorating instructions as well as subsequent adjustments to them
- Formulate design, which is functional, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purpose
- Advise on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings (like, ceramic, granite, paint etc.)and equipment, and color coordination
- Estimate material requirements and costs
- Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the purchase of relevant objects
- Minimum 10 years experience on site,
- Excellent command of English. Both written and spoken,
- Good knowledge of AUTOCAD 3D version,
- Very good communication skills
