Perform design, preparation of documentation for legal approval procedures and participation in site supervision for Civil Works Projects in the field of architecture for office and residential buildings as well as commercial and industrial facilities for national and international financed projects
Perform cost estimation / calculation, bill of quantities and participate in the elaboration of tender documentation in the field of architecture
Participation in coordination activities of design teams in different location of the OBERMEYER group national and international
Participation in the preparation of offers in the field of architecture
Participation in preparation of budget and budget control for project on monthly and quarterly base (balance of costs and income / invoicing)
Monitor specialized software for architectural design in the company, including the procurement of new software
Monitor the procurement and update of the technical norms and standard in the filed of architecture in the company
Minimum 3 years in a similar position
