The main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all design and build steps of the projects;
- Preparing and issuing detailed drawings;
- Checking the plans, designs and purchased materials and equipments for conformity with the project's specifications;
- Preparing application plans, layouts, quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required;
- Coordinating architectural works with other engineering disciplines, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers.
Our client, a multinational company, active in the construction field, is looking for a skilled and talented Architect for their team.
The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree from Architectural Departments (preferably from Universities of ITU, ODTU and YTU)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial and commercial buildings;
- at least 3 years of experience with finishing works;
- Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office applications;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
- 1-2 years of experience within a multinational environment;
- Good interpersonal skills.
