¿ Development of conceptual plans, preliminary design, technical project and tender documents, detailed design - according to the Romanian law;
¿ Project coordination between client and the contractor;
¿ Checking that the quality of construction works is in accordance with the design and with the Romanian standards and law;
¿ Responsible for adherence to budgets, contract conditions and project deadlines;
-The ideal candidate must be a qualified Architect, member of OAR;
-Previous working experience in civil, industrial architecture of at least 3 years is required.
-He/she should have a good command of the English language and good computer skills (Word, Excel, Autocad and Power Point).
-Experience in working with subcontractors and public authorities.
-Previous experience in international projects is an advantage.
