- Consulting with appropriate personnel about design/planning of medium to big size projects of offices, retail, hotels and residential,
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client,
- Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines, produces detailed drawings out of which cost estimations are made,
- Preparation of tender applications and presentations,
- Making site visits for check on progress and ensuring that project is running within the agreed timescale,
- Work with international team and international clients

Qualifications:
- University degree in Architecture, up to 3 years of experience (preferably abroad),

- Developed skills in design and construction problem solving
