(1) Provide weekly Billed AR aging list and find the potential due invoices to remind the customer to pay, find the overdue invoices to remind the account manager to collect from customers;
(2) Provide weekly AR collection report and AR collection monthly forecast to support the achievement of the KPI;
(3) Provide the report every month, a summary of the AR collection, the reason of the overdue ,unbilled AR, etc
(4) Analysis the DSO: separate it into the unbilled, billed undue, billed overdue and by customer, in order to find which part and which customer has the largest influence to it and push relative department to solve.
(5) Provide Reports to TSD-SSC in order to get the supporting documents needed to issue the invoices /Monitor if they issue in time acc to deliveries from logistic report;
(6) Make the monthly statistics about SSC SLA index, find the weakness of our invoice procedure and other procedure and push to improve;
(7) Make credit level and risk analysis for each customer to support the judgment of customers financial status.
- Economical or accounting university graduated with good study performance;
- Accounting experience for more than 3 years with experience with ERP;
- Mature, stable, result oriented, honest and active person with open mind;
- Oral and written English;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
