Centrally coordinates all permitting and authorization issues for the projects
Coordinates the Asset in obtaining of all approvals/agreements/permits
Supports the land activities from the Assets for the conclusion of contracts with land owners and for the settling of the rent and eventual damages to be awarded to the owners of occupied land
Solves property-related issues for Development Projects Dept and in the Assets
Supports the Properties Offices from the Assets to return properties after abandonment
Ensures the centralization and the communication of the reports regarding land issues to the superior level ;
Ensures the up date of the database for permits;
Supports the land activities from the Assets for solving the claims and litigations between company and the land owners
Collaborates with the Romanian local and central authorities
Monitors the proper use of available properties within the Assets
Identifies properties favorable to E&P
Supports process of obtaining approval of management
Supports process of obtaining approval of authorities
Provides an integrated holistic approach aligned with company Strategy
Contributes to the proposed plans of execution for the investment projects
University degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in petroleum / oil & gas industry
Significant (8 years) experience in permitting and authorities relations
Team leader skills, managerial experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven track record (motivation, responsibility, people management, etc.) and potential for personal development
Very good command of English language (spoken and written) and computer literacy
Willingness to travel extensively
