- Manage the application team and technical projects, responsible for group development, execution and performance to schedules
- Interacting with divisions’ management and engineers, sales force and customers
- Developing applications using entire range of PIC microcontrollers: system and hardware design, software development and integration
- Developing and presenting technical training to customers, FAEs, CAEs and field sales for newly developed demo boards, reference designs, application notes and application libraries
- Assist customers in developing PICmicro applications using demo boards, reference designs, application notes or application libraries and troubleshooting projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automatics or Electrical Engineering
- Senior experience in developing electronic applications, preferably knowledge and experience working on microcontroller based system designs
- Relevant experience in designing application systems, designing HW (digital, analogical), programming in C and assembly programming languages
- Senior experience in managing projects; people management would be an advantage
- Exposure to business decision making, negotiations with customers/suppliers, contract and legal aspects
- Fluency in English
