- Leading of a team of software developers;
- Planning and controlling the tasks of a group of developers;
- Coaching/guidance of Junior Developers;
- Analysis of technical requirements;
- Design and documentation of system architecture and other technical specifications;
- Coding of business applications (Web applications, Data bases);
- Testing of business applications (Web applications, Data bases);
- Reporting to the Division Manager.
- Solid experience in application development with J2EE technologies (3-4 years);
- Knowledge of databases like ORACLE, Informix, PostgreSQL, DB2 (at least one of those with practical experience);
- Development team coordination experience;
- Bachelor degree in computer science or other related engineering profile;
- Ability to speak and write in English;
- Analytical and synthetic skills;
- Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
