Design and implement Oracle Applications based solutions in the Telecommunications area to customers/Telco Operators/Service Providers, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement Oracle Applications based solutions in the Telecommunications area to customers/Telco Operators/Service Providers, etc.
Define and map detailed Applications requirements in areas such as Customer Order Management, Pricing and Billing/Revenue Management for the Telecommunications industry.
Act as a Functional Applications Implementation consultant in the area of Telecommunications solutions. Demonstrate detailed understanding of Customer, Product, Orders, Fulfillment, Provisioning Integration and Billing functions as well as related business processes for Telco customers
Assist the Bid Management or Proposal Development teams in proposing functional solutions based on past implementation experience
Willingness to work onsite for periods ranging from short term to an extended duration, as required in EMEA or APAC
Identify and communicate opportunities for cross and up selling
Proactively maintain knowledge of Oracle's current architecture and directions and propose suitable solutions to our customers
Proactively sell or assist in selling professional services both internally within the organization as well as to customers by demonstrating superior delivery skills


CERINTE

3-5 years of relevant Telecommunications industry and Applications Implementation experience in this industry
At least 1 full life cycle implementation of Oracle (Siebel/Peoplesoft/eBusinessSuite) modules or solutions for the Telecommunications industry
Strong knowledge in the areas of Customer Management, Order Management, Products and Services, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Management and related modules or functionality
Understanding or implementation experience of CRM modules such as Sales/Service/Marketing or edocs or Siebel Analytics is a plus
Demonstrated ability to follow a structured implementation methodology (Experience of using AIM is a plus)
Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus
Team leadership and mentoring experience highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
English is a must
