For one of our clients, a local team motivated to create best of breed software, we are looking for a Application Technical Support Engineer. Our client is well known for providing complete software services, covering web development, mobile development, IT consultancy and providing the best advice and tailored solution proposals. Do you love technology and wish to be part of a talented and dynamic team, working using latest technology in agile mixed teams, being involved in end-to-end software development services? Do you want to be our Application Technical Support Engineer and be responsible of optimizing the process and workflows of our clients and help them gain market and recognition?
Degree in Computer Information Systems or closely related field;
Good oral and written communication skills and good command of English;
6 months/1+ years of technical experience in hands support of applications;
Managing tasks with remote server admin team;
Experience in Scripting/programming: VB or Java;
Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL;
Experience with IIS or Apache;
Experience with Tomcat;
Hands on experience with both server & pc hardware and FTP connections;
General knowledge of Windows 08’/12’ server, MS SQL 08’/12’ and Active Directory;
After hours systems support.
