RESPONSABILITATI

- Proactive monitoring the customer applications using monitoring tools like HPOV
- Resolution of problems reported by the Monitoring tool/ Customer within the SLA
- Problems include Archival/retrieval of scanned images stored in the local storage devices, backup failures, server hardware problems, database connectivity problems
- Escalation to different resolver groups on time and follow ups till resolution
- Handling Customer calls which are reactive in nature
- Report generation on daily/weekly/monthly performance


CERINTE

- Technical Certifications (Preferred) : MCSE or Sun certified System administrator (SCSA) Solaris Level ¿ I preferred
- Good knowledge about Client/ Server Architecture
- Should have good understanding on Win2k and Unix flavors
- Should have basic knowledge on databases like Sybase and MSSQLSrvr 2K
- Basic Networking Skills and Good Troubleshooting skills
- Good Analytical Skills and should be a Quick learner
- Strong Communication and documentation skills
