Responsibilities:
- Understanding of how all our platform's processes
- Provide support when lower tiers of support fail
- In-depth analysis and troubleshooting of our platform's errors
- Ability to provide reports pulled directly from the DB via MySQL and MongoDB queries
- Ability to provide answers to various requesters regarding our platform's workflow
Requirements:
- Medium PHP knowledge
- Medium MySQL knowledge
- Medium Linux knowledge
- Basic Javascript knowledge
- Some applied experience of the above
- Orientation to problem solving
Basic knowledge of MongoDB would be a plus.
