RESPONSABILITATI

Work with deployment and delivery of telecom and data com services for customer networks and services within several of the following service areas:
- Support
- Operation & Maintenance
- Remote delivery, rollout activities, Performance Improvement
- Designing tools

24hx7 On call availability for critical issues and night shift for scheduled activities

Functional Role
Responsible for changes introduced to the service, contribute in the creation and improvements of procedures and routines
Assurance
- 2nd level restoration and preventive maintenance
- performance analysis and short term measures for optimization

- Define and set up of routines, schedules and reporting templates based on goals and priorities defined
- Co-ordinate work with other work areas
- Planning of work for back office & front office based on main goals and priorities defined
- Define support systems set-up for collection of performance statistics
Deployment
- Prepare, test and implement services configuration changes
Billing
- Prepare, test and implement Provisioning of service & specific instance rating reports
- Analysis of impact of the provisioned services towards others; I.e interconnection, roaming
- Analysis of Event records to identify on non chargeable Events and overcharged Events
- Analysis of Event records to identify fraud and prevent further occurrences
Act on relevant problems and decide what procedures and routines shall be invoked
Specify improvement proposal and escalate within the department / supplier partner functions so that resource/service layer may be maintained at specified level.
