RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for dynamic, enterprising and responsible people with a technical and sales profile to act as technical consultants for our customers. The Applications Engineer position is a Leadership Training position at National Instruments where young engineers get to learn about the company, products, and customers.

The Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) is the designed for new college graduates with strong leadership qualities who are interested in developing their careers in the areas of technical sales. New ELP Engineers go through extensive training on National Instruments products and related technologies, our business strategies and systems, public speaking, our customers and markets we and they serve. After the ELP, engineers advance into a career in field technical sales consulting.

While in the ELP you will:
-Work from 18 months to three years to learn our products, customer needs, and markets. During this time, you interface between National Instruments and our customers to find creative and timely solutions to customers' technical issues.
-Work extensively with many functions within the Eastern European branches, including Sales, Marketing operations. Because of the broad exposure to the branch during the ELP training period, you gain valuable business skills.
-Participate in formal training programs, such as Professional Development programs for Sales or Marketing, designed to prepare you for a career at National Instruments. Examples of modules included are time management, career self-management, selling skills, product marketing strategy, and many more.
-Work on challenging projects, such as developing marketing materials or a proof-of-concept LabVIEW program to assist a Field Sales Engineer with a key customer.
-Selected candidates will have the opportunity to travel to conduct customer training courses, customer seminars, attend trade shows, and give product presentations.


CERINTE

Requirements for Application Engineer
-English fluency (written, verbal/spoken, reading)
-Fluency in Romanian
-Prefer bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
o Accept Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering

• A thorough understanding of electronics, computers, and high-level programming languages (C, C++, etc.)
