RESPONSABILITATI

Provide specialist support & Technical expertise
Install, configure, manage, and maintain Enterprise IT Systems Management tools with Remedy ARS
Implement, manage, and maintain Remedy ARS system
Design, document, and build improvements for the Remedy ARS systems
Define and document monitoring and performance management standards; create and generate reports from monitoring and metric data for use in managing and improving operations.
Information handling, analysis, customer understanding


CERINTE

University degree in computer science, IT or automation
Fluent in English language
Knowledge of Java Standard Edition and SQL and Windows Server operating systems
Prior experience gathering and documenting business requirements for software enhancement and/or new applications development
Help Desk department organization
Previous experience in identifying, defining and influencing efficient, cost- effective solutions based on specific requirements
Experience in promoting products
Previous experience in identifying, defining and influencing efficient, cost- effective solutions based on specific requirements
Experience in promoting products

Nice to have: demonstrated proficiency with some of Remedy suite of products :Admin, Helpdesk, Asset, Change Management, DSO, Flashboards, SLA, ITSM 6, AR System ,MidTier , ITIL knowledge, UNIX and Crystal Reports experience, experience in developing Workflow objects (e.g. Active Links, Filters, Guides, Escalations), experience with RDBMS technologies: Oracle, Sql Server
