Collect and check the documents, ensure the correctness of the accounting treatment, make sure that the accounting data reflects the Romanian law and meet internal control requirements (handle the vendor payments and staff expense claim forms using the correct expense account)
Prepare weekly payments report and Purchasing Journal Report
Be in charge with fiscal authorities relation like: taking the fiscal certificate, check the fiscal declaration and the payments for all the taxes to be made in time
AP process improvement: no receipt expense claim regulation; cash advance clearance;
Be in charge with Financial Documents Management to be keep safely and according to group policies
Economical University graduated, Accounting University can be a plus;
accounting experience for more than one year, to have experience with ERP can be a plus;
mature, stable, result oriented, honest and active person with open mind;
oral and written English to a good standard;
good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
