Operational Risk Management Governance:
-Support ORM Manager in identifying, measuring and monitoring the operational risk;
-Analyse level of implementation of ORM Scorecards;
-Support ORM Manager on Basel II implementation;
Integrated Risk Assessment (IRA):
-Prepare, support and analyze Integrated Risk Assessment process;
Key Risk Indicators:
-Gather and analyse monthly Key Risk Indicators evolution based on Line management input;
-Periodic analysis of trends, status, management response and involvement;
-Periodic review together with Line Management of the indicators defined;
Incident reporting:
-Incident tracking, reporting, response and analysis;
Audit and non-audit action tracking:
-Administer the evidences for audit/non-audit points closure;
-Has authority and responsibility to close the audit/non-audit points;
Product approval and/or review:
-Involved in product approval/ review (i.e. IRA, Risk assessment).
-University degree;
-Prior experience in security related field (Information Risk Management, Security, etc);
-Fluent English, verbal and written;
-Excellent analytical skills;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Planning and organizing abilities;
-Client oriented, can- do attitude, problem solver;
-Very well organized, able to prioritize, positive thinker
