RESPONSABILITATI

ORM Governance:
-Support ORM Manager in identifying, measuring and monitoring the operational risk;
-Analyse level of implementation of ORM Scorecards;
-Support ORM Manager on Basel II implementation;

Risk & Control Self Assessment (R& CSA):
-Prepare, support and analyse Risk & Control Self- assessment process;

Key Risk Indicators:
-Gather and analyse monthly Key Risk Indicators evolution based on Line management input;
-Periodic analysis of trends, status, management response and involvement;
-Periodic review together with Line Management of the indicators defined;

Incident reporting:
-Incident tracking, reporting, response and analysis;

Audit and action tracking:
-Administer the evidences for audit points closure;
-Has authority and responsibility to close the audit points;

Product approval and/or review:
-Involved in product approval/ review (i.e. RCSA, Risk assessment).


CERINTE

-University degree
-Basel II knowledge would be a plus;
-Excellent analytical skills;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Superior attention to details
-Planning and organizing abilities
