Primary Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Interacts with various departments in order to understand key business
processes
- Forecasts the business expenses
- Develops and maintains planning templates and financial reports
Tracking and Analysis:
- Monthly tracking and analysis of the budgeted expenses
- Prepares monthly reviews
- Provide analytical support and business planning assistance to business and country leaders
- Participate in other related special projects as needed (new product introduction, investment plans)
- Proactively identify opportunities and drive associated initiatives to ensure achievement of Operating Plan
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in economics; previous planning experience preferred;
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Advanced knowledge in working with spreadsheets and PowerPoint;
- Good English command;
- Self starter - attention to details;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
