- Produce market studies for the Executive management in the Company¿s market related areas such as energy [oil , gas, electricity, renewable], mainly in Romania, SEE region, Black Sea region, Russia &CIS
- Analyze data using simulation and analysis tools to study changes in market design, trends, competitive structure, market power and other topics as assigned
- Produce written reports explaining issues and findings, communicate results of studies to the management
- Prepare presentations for management and participate in public events as required
- Support the development and recommendation of the business strategy, market structure and policy changes as they relate to the energy markets
- Any other related task as required
- University degree, preferably in economics or marketing
- 7 to 10 years prior experience in market economic analysis, Energy experience preferred
- Critical decision analysis skills and knowledge of the energy markets to conceive, identify, and present risk and opportunities
- Analytical and logical reasoning ability; verbal and writing skills and an inquisitive nature
- Experience with market performance monitoring, energy markets, industrial organization, regulatory and policy analysis
- Experience with statistical analysis, econometrics and the analysis of energy markets, knowledge of the Company¿s markets preferred
- Strong computer skills(Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Attention to detail, desire and ability to understand complex problems and processes, and the ability to be successful in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Prior work with a multinational company or internal management consulting firms is an advantage
- Very good English knowledge¿s
