Department Description
Within the Sense & Control Department we design, verify and bring into high volume production innovative, semiconductor based MEMS products, magnetic sensors, wireless control products, sensor interface ICs for powertrain, comfort and safety applications.
We are the preferred supplier of sensor and wireless control solutions within the automotive business.
Major activities and responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing layout and layout-verification of integrated circuits in different fabrication processes. Primary application areas include mixed signal RF and signal conditioning circuits for our integrated sensor products, using CMOS and BiCMOS processes. You will collaborate with design team to produce high quality layouts and participate in design/layout reviews. You will conduct physical verification (DRC/LVS) and parasitic extraction. The job will involve contribution to IC layout floor planning and interfacing with the mask house for performing tape out and masks review.
-University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of CMOS/BiCMOS processes
- Experience must include demonstrated success in analog layout techniques and layout EDA tools, to include ESD, latchup, matching, antenna, floorplanning, bonding.
- Able to work in a multi-site environment
- Have good communication skills
- Proactive and autonomous working style
