Responsabilitati:
- Inregistrarea incidentelor semnalate prin telefon sau email in aplicatia de HelpDesk;
- Analizarea, clasificarea si alocarea incidentelor postate in aplicatia de HelpDEsk;
- Pregatirea patch-urilor pentru solutionarea incidentelor de complexitate mica si medie;
- Rezolvarea incidentelor in conformitate cu aria de competente alocate;
- Escaladarea incidentelor care nu pot fi solutionate catre celelalte nivele de suport;
- Realizarea rapoartelor statistice privind incidentele.
Pentru clientul nostru, companie multinationala ce activeaza in domeniul financiar-bancar, cautam Analist Suport.
Cerinte:
- Cunostinte de baze de date SQL / PL- SQL;
- Cunostinte financiar bancare/ IT;
- Experienta in lucrul cu bazele de date Oracle reprezinta un avantaj;
- Cunostinte medii de limba engleza;
- Rezistenta la stres.
