1. Involved in developing, testing and implementing the scoring models the and automatic decision rules.
2. Uses adequate statistical methods in order to monitor and analyze the performance of scoring models and proposes solutions to adjust the scoring depending on the circumstances.
3. Works closely with Marketing, Commercial and IT departments in order to develop and test new products before launching.
4. Uses adequate statistical methods to make complex risk analyses as a response to different risk issues.
5. Develops daily/weekly/monthly risk indicators to monitor the quality of different credit portofolio.
6. Works closely with Marketing department to determine the selection criteria and to score the clients aimed by marketing campaigns.
7. Runs complex checks/analyses on provisins and builds the necessary reports and models.
8. Builds reports and models to increase collection efficiency.
9. Participates in implementation of Basel II project.
1. University Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science/Finance and Banks /Accounting with good mathematical skills.
2. Good knowledge of MS Office.
3. Good knowledge of English or French.
4. Good analytical skills.
5. Communicative and flexible.
6. One or more years of experience in banking field is an advantage.
7. Knowledge of SAS or SPSS or C++/Pascal is an advantage
