Reporting:
-Provide management of the company with clear, compelling and timely regular, as well as ad-hoc reports, in order to inform them about the overall financial results, while insuring compliance between statutory reporting, management requirements and IFRS.
-Develop analyses to reconcile Actual results versus Budget, identifying variances and providing business explanations for differences. Analyzes and interprets the financial indicators of the company with regards to the evolution of its business environment and market trends.
Budgeting:
-Co-ordinate all the departments involved in the budgeting process to ensure consistency between their budget and budget assumptions by analysing/discussing significant variances as opposed to previous budgets and actuals.
Other requirements:
-To participate to the development of the function, by designing and implementing different financial/business tools in order to support properly the operational departments, and implementing policies and procedures.
-Participates in a constructive manner to other supplementary tasks requested by management.
Education: University degree – Finance/ Accounting
Professional experience: Min.2 years experience in a similar job in an international company, preferably from the services industry. Audit experience would be a plus.
Specific skills: MS Office (with advanced Excel), English, patient and able to work with tight deadlines, well organized, proactive, team player, results driven.
Knowledge of IFRS and Oracle ERP is an advantage.
Specific training: ACCA would be a plus.
