-Provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email
-Clearly document all communication with system users
-Escalate user queries to 2nd-level support staff when necessary for resolution
-Provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements
-Run medication management reports for clinical services
-Create, assemble and quality check user materials
-Perform other related duties as assigned
