Job expirat
The ideal candidate shoud be familiar with Amdocs tools. We are looking for people with enough knowledge to be able to use those products and verify if they work properly.
Possibility to travel is also required.
Knowledge of one or more of the following tools is needed:
CM, Clarify, AR, URM, eCare.
Other CRM experience is a plus.
