- Coordinate the operations of existing aggregates pits within Bucharest / Cluj market
- Manage the Greenfield expansion projects for Bucharest / Cluj / Timisoara-Arad market in close collaboration with technical, reserves, legal and financial departments
- Ensure the information flow for expansion projects and provide periodical reports upon the project status
- Carry out market studies in order to identify the best locations for the expansion projects
- Maintain a close relationship with local community and authorities from the new project area, in order to ensure a smooth project implementation until the hiring of the plant manager
- Ensure the achievement of the operational and financial objectives (volumes, prices, profit, DSO, specific costs, quality) and evaluates the performance of the subordinated operations
- University degree (preferable in construction field)
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in project management or in a management position
- Organizing and planning skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative and involvement
- Computer knowledge: Ms Office
- Good command of English Language
- Driving license B category
- Availability for travelling
