RESPONSABILITATI

-Responsabil cu activitatea de travel pentru personalul ING Bank;
-Primeste solicitarile angajatilor pentru deplasari (bilete avion, tren, cazari atat interne cat si internationale) si trimite cererile catre agentiile de turism;
-Primeste variantele de deplasare-cazare si le comunica solicitantilor, dupa primirea acordului face rezervarile catre agentiile de turism;
-Tine permanent legatura cu agentiile de turism, hotelurile aflate sub contract, face propuneri de imbunatatire a calitatii serviciilor;
-Primeste facturile aferente serviciilor prestate de catre agentiile de turism si rezolva formalitatile interne de plata a acestora;
-Intocmeste situatii lunare/trimestriale/anuale cu activitatea de travel din companie.


CERINTE

-Studii superioare;
-Experienta de minim 1 an în domeniul turistic;
-Cunoasterea pietei de produse turistice si a particularitatilor ei;
-Cunoasterea avansata a limbii engleze;
-Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare si negociere;
-Abilitati organizatorice, dinamism, seriozitate, initiativa.
