RESPONSABILITATI

- support des hôteliers par téléphone (facturation, réservation, production);
- négociation des fiches provenant du Call Center et qui visent le rapproche hôtel;
- opérations commerciales diverses.


CERINTE

Parler couramment le français (condition obligatoire). Autres langues étrangeres (anglais/allemand/ italian/ espagnol) sont des atouts.
Avoir de bonnes connaissances d'informatiques (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet).
Avoir d'excellentes capacités de communication et une personnalité proactive, flexible et dynamique.
Avoir une forte éthique de travail et etre capable d'achever des tâches avec une supervision minimale.
Etre capable de travailler en équipe.
