RESPONSABILITATI

Receptia apelurilor telefonice in cel putin doua limbi de larga circulatie internationala.
- Rezervarea (tratarea) problemelor ridicate de clienti cu ajutorul aplicatiilor software interne;
- Expedierea fax-urilor si SMS-urilor de confirmare sau informare in atentia clientilor;


CERINTE

Studii superioare finalizate
- Foarte buna cunoastere a limbii franceze si o buna cunoastere a cel putin uneia din urmatoarele limbi: engleza, germana (aceasta din urma constituie un avantaj), italiana, spaniola etc.
- Persoana avand abilitati de comunicare dezvoltate, dinamica si stiind sa zimbeasca.
- Persoana de incredere, autonoma si capabila sa lucreze singura
- Rezistenta la stres.
- Cunostinte operare Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, etc...)
- Disponibilitate de a lucra in ture diferite si in week-end.
- Experienta anterioara in cadrul unui call-center constituie un avantaj
