- To coordinate (global) and execute (English) affiliates recruitment and management activity
- Cooperate with the account managers (Romania) and affiliates marketing teams (all the other global affiliates marketing teams) to cover all regions
- Work closely with the e-comm provider to setup and maintain the affiliate program(s)
- Working with Online Marketing Director to setup the global affiliates policies and guidelines (commissions, rights & obligations, etc)
- Work closely with the e-comm provider and affiliates commissions to develop the affiliates base
- Cooperate with internal/external marketing resources to setup and develop the affiliates marketing tools (banners, ads, etc)
- Senior level, salesman profile
- Very good communication skills
- Affiliates recruitment experience is a great plus but not mandatory
- Marketing and sales experience is a plus
- Very good English
