Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creates, enhances and optimizes digital marketing programs (affiliate, social media) in order to gain new customers and resellers, increase retention and drive profitable sales
• Follows and monitors channel-specific KPIs in order to maintain a positive ROI on all marketing programs and campaign efforts
• Promotes and maintains a proactive relationship with the partners network through the Affiliate Program
• Maintains and updates the affiliate website, marketing tools and commission structure in order to have the most attractive Affiliate Program
• Is responsible to create and follow up on the Social Media Strategy and the editorial calendar
• Manages the social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram etc. for the company’s Consumer brands
• Manages the advertising accounts on Social Media and elaborates performance reports
• Coordinates with the Marketing, Product, Software and Creative teams for any projects that involve support & development
• Periodically reports & follows-up on project status and progress
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking and optimization
• Proactive work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and collaborative environment
• Able to work well in teams as well as independently, being able to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; initiative to drive change
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of digital/affiliate marketing and campaign optimization.
• We’re looking for a fast learner that is self-motivated, dynamic entrepreneurial and creative.
• Similar experience is a plus
• University graduate, preferably PR/Communications.
