RESPONSABILITATI

The Advertising Sales Director of the best selling Romanian newspapers will be responsible for:
- establishing and maintaining the contacts with the clients;
- organizing presentations for Agencies and Clients;
- recruiting and training sales staff;
- supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
- allocating areas to sales executives;
- setting budgets/targets;
- liaising with other line managers;
- reporting back to Executive Director;
- maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's publications;
- keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.


CERINTE

The successful applicant for the Advertising Sales Director position will have:
- strong sales skills;
- strong organizational skills;
- high self motivation and goal orientation;
- knowledge of Romanian media market;
- natural team leading skills;
- leadership & management experience is a plus;
- strong client service focus and goal orientation (quantitative and qualitative);
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience (in advertising is a plus);
- fluent in English;
- University degree;
- strong PC skills;
- driving license;
- availability for field activity.
