...excellent communication & leadership skills
...
a drive to excellence
...at least 3 years experience as a Project Manager in software development
...very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle
...
very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards
...
experience in leading agile software development
...finished a technical University (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics etc)
...
excellent English skills (speak, write, and read)
...experience in using project management tools & office software
Would be a plus:
...
experience in international software projects
...knowledge of the German language
