We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Advanced PHP Software Developer
What will would you do?
You will….
…design and develop web-based applications for both customer and internal use
…work with a web framework that uses:
• MVC as architecture;
• OOP PHP for application logic;
• XML/XSLT, HTML, AJAX and CSS for presentation.
…be part of the planning process and take active decisions regarding your work.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic Websites Infrastructure team.
If you have:
… good knowledge of PHP;
… good knowledge of XML/XSLT;
… very good object-oriented programming skills;
… experience in working with database systems;
… good ability to speak and understand English.
Would be a plus:
… knowledge of a PHP framework;
… knowledge of a JavaScript framework;
… experience with Linux environment (including shell scripting);
… Internet Infrastructure (web servers, ftp, etc).

The Websites Infrastructure team's portfolio of applications supports Hosting and Customer Care areas. For Hosting, it covers topics such as the 1and1.ro website and Job/Press areas, while for Customer Care, one gets to work on the 1&1 Help Center, Forum and Blogs.
