. . . Have the opportunity to contribute on design and architectural decision for one of the most challenging projects that our company currently develops - a real time search engine for the biggest web portals in Europe: GMX.de and WEB.de
. . . This will imply searching through mailbox, attachments, messenger archives and other stored information within these applications.
. . . You will be dealing with over 7 TB of data that must be daily indexed and available for search. Thousands of new entries per second.

CERINTE

If you have/are . . .
. . . 3+yrs core Java development;
. . . server side Java expertise (3+yrs);
. . . strong Spring knowledge;
. . . interested in new technologies;
. . . experience with working in a Linux environment;
. . . experience with developing distributed and scalable software;
. . . good ability to speak and understand English.
Would be a plus. . .
. . . Professional experience with Hadoop, Map Reduce, or Hbase;
. . . Professional experience with Lucene/Solr;
. . . Experience with Cassandra;
. . . Agile development methodology.
