Componente Hardware:
Consulta dept. IT cu privire la furnizorii de componente cu care compania are un acord global;
Achizitioneza componente hardware
Mentine componentele sistemului informatic in deplina stare de functionare fiind responsabil pentru orice reparatie corespunzatoare sau operatie de intretinere;
Este responsabil pentru gestiunea hardware-ului: desktop-uri, laptop-uri, imprimante, etc;
Este responsabil de gestiunea Telefoanelor mobile si a palmtop-urilor;
Software:
Se asigura ca utilizarea software-ului este in acord cu licentele detinute de companie;
Este responsabil de realizarea configurarilor de retea (noi utilizatori, etc);
Mentine back-up-ul sistemului, asigura protectia datelor si stocarea lor corespunzatoare pentru a preveni orice risc de pierdere, utilizare necrespunzatoare sau distrugere;
Mentine sistemul antivirus in concordanta cu politica companiei;
Suport catre utilizatori:
IT Specialist-ul se implica in pregatirea asociatilor pentru utilizarea diverselor echipamente sau soft-uri si asigura suport in general (impreuna cu Help-Center-ul) pentru rezolvarea problemelor cotidiene legate de domeniul IT;
Este responsabil de sistemul de acces in companie (alarma, setari, carduri de acces, etc);
Studii superioare domeniul tehnic;
Experienta de administrare de retea;
Experienta in gestiunea de mijloace fixe (calculatoare, tel. mobile, etc);
Capacitatea de urmari/ ordona permanent mai multe activitati;
Orientare fata de clientul intern;
Stapanirea pachetului MS Office si a solutiilor software de specialitate;
Cunostinte nivel avansat de limba engleza;
Persoana proactiva, dornica sa se implice in solutionarea problemelor de natura tehnica.
