- generarea si gestionarea contractelor de prestari servicii in sistemul informatic;
- generarea si gestionarea datelor referitoare la clienti in sistemul informatic;
- mentinerea permanenta a legaturii cu managerii laboratoarelor din teritoriu si cu forta de vanzari din Bucuresti si celelalte centre din tara;
- elaborarea de rapoarte specifice activitatii de customer service.
Candidatul ideal este absolvent de studii medii / superioare ( preferabil profil real ), persoana organizata, riguroasa si cu abilitati de comunicare;
De asemenea, va fi o persoana orientata catre client si va putea gestiona, din punct de vedere informatic, activitatea de customer service.
