RESPONSABILITATI

-To maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the
day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff;
- To perform the duties related to the administrative activities of the Department (request/distribution of the office material, archive, photocopies, etc.);
- To compose and type routine correspondence and to file and direct incoming mails;
- To monitor that the files of the audit activity are kept updated;
- To prepare and maintain agendas of scheduled appointments;
- To keep and update the Director contacts database;
- To answer the telephone and give information to callers or to direct calls to the appropriate official;
- Travel arrangements and schedules (flight, hotel and restaurant reservation, taxi booking);
- To translate documents when needed;
- To support the Director of the Department from translation reasons in the relationships with internal and external counterparties;
- To keep/record minutes of meetings when needed;


CERINTE

- Preferably 1 or 2 years of professional experience in the bank system or private company;
- Excellent in English and Romanian language (spoken and written).
- Capability to prioritize tasks;
- Very good computer knowledge (mainly Microsoft Office applications);
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Availability to travel when necessary.
