You will be an important member of the global eLearning support team, responsible for providing primary support to eLearning customers in several different European countries. In addition to working directly with the US eLearning support team you will work closely with the European training team to understand customer needs and provide assistance with specific learning events.
- Setup new orders and provide access instructions to customer
- Create learner accounts and communicate access instructions to users
- Deliver web demonstrations on PTC learnig support to new users and company administrators
- Track utilization rates for assigned customers
- Monitor technical support issues for assigned customers
- Support training team on precision learning programs
- Translation from english into german of some PTC University collateral (emails, FAQ page) as needed
Minimum required skills & education:
- Fluent in 2-3 European Languages (which have to include English and German).
- 2 – 3 years in a business environment, preferably in a customer facing role.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new applications.
