RESPONSABILITATI

If your experience and knowledge is appropriate for this position

• Prepare and document all administrative, legal and financial papers in coordination with the Executive Director
• Processing and drafting correspondence.
• Arranges meetings & appointments in coordination with clients; prepare meetings, conference calls and insures the follow up. Coordination with central office.
• Organizes events, coordinate travel arrangements


CERINTE

• Good communication skills, both with team, clients and collaborators.
• High professional ethics and code of conduct
• Well organized and pro-active person
. Spanish (preferable) and/or English knowledge – advanced level (speaking, reading, writing)
• Microsoft Office – good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• University degree; graduate of secretary/office administration/foreign languages/law/economics/engineering or similar education is a plus
