RESPONSABILITATI

- Assist the branch network for the procurement and maintenance needs;
- Support the branch network development activities;
- Coordinate the maintenance and security teams;
- Manage car fleet ensuring accurately mileage & fuel consumption information reports;
- Preventive maintenance and repairs information reports;
- Maintain and develop relations with all suppliers: contacts, contracts, negotiations;
- Coordinate, together with the specialized companies, the fire protection, labor protection and security activities in the company.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Relevant experience in a similar position would be a plus;
- Good understanding of technical requirements;
- Clear driving licence -B category;
- Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking);
- Computer skills (WinWord, Excel, Microsoft Outlook);
- Excellent communication and decision making skills;
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize activities;
- Proven analytical capabilities and initiatives;
- Fast learner, results driven, stress resistant person.
