For one of our clients, a start-up, multinational company active in the construction field, we are looking for an Administrative Manager.
Participates in and coordinates the design and implementation of procedures;
Manages the relationship between the Romanian branch and main company's management;
Coordinates the administrative activity and assures all the necessary tools for an appropriate work flow;
Offers support in preparing the auction documentation and application ;
Manages the relationship between the company and its partners, in order to assure the logistic support.
1-2 years of relevant administrative experience;
University degree in Construction would be an advantage;
Good organizing and planning abilities;
Fluency in English.
