RESPONSABILITATI

Role:

- Target and identify potential clients, prepare and send them promotional/presentation materials
- Call the potential clients and set up presentation meetings
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with the clients over the phone; provide the requested information and support
- Conduct constant and ongoing market research about the competition, make proposals regarding the exposure of the company in different specialized publications, periodicals, events etc.
- Administrate & update the company's website
- Update the recruitment data base and use the internal software aplication
- Manage all administration issues related to the office, maintain a good informational system
- Distribute correspondence, answer and filter telephone calls, e-mails filter, maintain and update files, record other documents, translations of various documents
- Organize meetings and internal management meetings
- Screen the CVs of the applicants; advertise on websites
- Contact and provide information to the candidates over the phone
- File the CVs and update the database

As we said, you should be dedicated in all you do, enthusiastic and energetic
- Preferably a fresh graduate or student in the last years willing to work full-time
- Problem-solver, you do not accept NO for an answer, you like to talk with people and speak on the phone
- You have a winner attitude, you are self-confident
-Very optimistic, with a positive attitude, joyful
- Communicative, creative, open-minded, self-motivated
- You have a great desire to learn and develop
- Trustful, as we want to trust you and rely on you
- Of course, proficient with Windows, Office, Internet user
- English (advanced level) is a must; a second or third language is welcomed
