Managing and improving office facilities
¿ Schedule management, including the coordination of internal and external meetings, group events, and hiring activities
¿ ¿ Bookkeeping (paying bills, sending invoices) and general financial tracking (spreadsheet maintenance, generating financial statements)
¿ Assistance in preparation of presentations and email correspondence
¿ Evaluate, select, and manage many third-party vendor relationships
¿ Manage equipment/furniture inventory and ordering, including hardware/software procurements
¿ Various projects as sought-out and assigned, dependent on abilities and ambition


CERINTE

More than 3 years administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
¿ University degree
¿ Understanding of basic business finance/accounting
¿ Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
¿ Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
¿ The ideal candidate would also be patient, enthusiastic, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
