We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, global leader in its field of activity.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To offer close support to the Country General Manager and the Local Team in the production of reports and the completion of administrative duties that will allow them to focus more of their time on growth, customer satisfaction & improving KPIs.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To coordinate and produce timely monthly reports for the Local Team, covering the performance and short term country plans (25%);
- Country General Manager’s diary and travel arrangements for the Local Team;
- Country General Manager’s correspondence;
- Visitor hospitality & local community affairs;
- Efficient office administration, including communication with third-parties.

The following requirements are mandatory:
- Previous experience in Administrative/Secretarial positions (min. 2-3 years);
- University Degree;
- Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken);
- Microsoft Office - advanced knowledge;
