RESPONSABILITATI

- Keeps, registers and files all documents referring to the activity of the IT department;
- Registers in SAP software all contracts and invoices referring to IT activity;
- Insures all the necessary consumables for printers and copying machines within the company;
- Collects and centralizes documentation regarding computer system validation;
- Prepares daily and monthly time sheet and distributes lunch tickets for the IT department personnel.


CERINTE

- Student or graduate of the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers or of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology or Computer Science Statistics and Economic IT;
- Minimum 6 months experience in administration and organization activities
- Specific knowledge of the IT field;
- English ¿ advanced level;
- PC literacy (MS Office, MS Excel ¿ very good);
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Communication skills and team spirit;
- Details oriented;
- Independent minded;
- Self confident.
