RESPONSABILITATI

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the support for all the activities and projects of the Marketing department in our Bucharest office. This requires high level of communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.

The specific tasks will include:
- Coordinate the execution and logistic of all local efforts of promotion, provide suggestions and feedback to improve this activities;
- Manage the Marketing Department Events (Business Reviews, announcements, Celebration drinks, External visits ,etc.);
- Manage self-generated projects to strengthen the business and / or the organization;
- Ensure a similarly professional handling by all employees in contact with the outside world;
- Lead changes that simplify work and / or improve the interface with outside customers


CERINTE

- Very good command of English language;
- Excellent computer knowledge;
- Initiative and follow through, pro-activeness, anticipation and outstanding execution ;
- Outstanding communication skills;
