Job scope:
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for poviding all kind of back office support for the assigned Department Managers
Main responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support, clerical, technical and administrative duties;
- Schedules appointments, reads and responds to correspondence
- Organizes and facilitates meetings (internal and external customers/partners) and coordinates conference logistics as required;
- Writes meetings minutes and follows up on action items;
Assists the Department Managers in preparation of presentation materials;
- Organizes team buildings and other internal events;
- Project and bugetary controlling
- Ensure office communication and information flow
Organization and monitoring of office supplies
- Active communication and correspondence with suppliers and all METRO companies bith national and international
Candidate profile:
Education:
University degree
Professional experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus;
Abilities & Competencies:
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
- Dynamic, creative and realible
- Good Communication skills
- Organized person
- Strictly respect on confidentiality
